Reaching out for support can feel like a big step — and it’s a brave one. Starting therapy is often the beginning of real change, and I'm here to walk alongside you as you work on what is most meaningful to you.

Therapy is a space to explore what’s been happening in your life, make sense of your emotions, and develop new ways of coping. No matter where you’re starting from, I'll tailor my approach to suit you — your goals, your pace, and your personality.

We can help with a wide range of concerns for those over 18 years of age, including:

  • Anxiety, panic, and phobias
  • Low mood, depression, and emotional overwhelm
  • Obsessive or compulsive thoughts and behaviours
  • Eating and body image concerns
  • Gender identity, sexuality, and self-understanding
  • Grief, loss, and navigating life transitions
  • Relationship and interpersonal challenges (including couples therapy)
  • Long-standing personality patterns or vulnerabilities
  • Trauma and post-traumatic stress
  • Neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism
  • Stress, burnout, and difficulties with motivation or focus

My work is informed by a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Focal Psychodynamic Therapy (FPT) — all within a trauma- and attachment-informed framework. This means therapy is guided by research, but always grounded in compassion, understanding, and your lived experience.

In addition to therapy, I provide psychological assessments, including adult ADHD assessments and other diagnostic clarifications to support a clearer understanding of your mental health and functioning.

I am also experienced in working with couples, drawing on approaches such as Gottman Relationship Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples to help partners strengthen connection, deepen understanding, and navigate conflict in healthy and meaningful ways.

A referral is not required to book in. If you would like to access Medicare rebates, you will need a Mental Health Treatment Plans (MHCP) from a GP. We also accept funding from NDIS Self-Managed and Plan-Managed participants, WorkCover and other insurers.
